Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.


Approved Resolutions

If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item
  • A store credit
  • A refund (issued at our discretion)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Handcrafted or custom items
  • Used or opened products
  • Electronic items once opened
  • Sale or discounted items

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If an order originally qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from any approved refund.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to returns or reshipments (if applicable).


Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
