2. Returns & Refunds

All return and refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to those terms.


3. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order and does not include shipping transit time.

During product launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

5. Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-order items will ship once available. Estimated shipping dates may change due to production or shipping delays.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise requested.


6. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at tasha@tashifynails.com so we can review and resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or third-party products.
